A: Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. 

Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days.


Q: Will I receive tracking?  

A: Absolutely! A tracking link will be emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?

Q: Are your pieces tarnish-resistant?  

A: Yes! Our stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-plated designs are crafted to resist tarnishing when properly cared for.


Q: Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?  

A: Most pieces are hypoallergenic. Avoid if you have severe metal allergies.


Q: Will my jewelry turn green?  

A: Penthouse pieces are made with high-quality metals that do NOT turn your skin green when cared for properly.


✨ Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?  

A: Yes — within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.


Q: Can I return earrings?  

A: No, due to hygiene and safety restrictions.
